i can understand where you're coming from, i kinda noticed that.

i agree with danny, his stance and the physics behind it seem kinda outta wack.maybe he could be more heavily leaning on the sword to distribute his weight more evenly...
the torn fabric and folds look really nice.

i need to pracice those darn folds. . .they make my pieces sucky......agh.

I like how you've drawn all the armour, and the details on the cape in particular. Nice touch with the billowing material on the sword too. The folds in the outfit work out very well in this picture too. I like the way the reddish sky was coloured too.

I think the ground and hills in the background would look a bit better if you used a wider variety of shades and built them up a bit like a painting, using the textures of ground/rocks to add highlights and shadows. The actual lighting on it so far matches up to the light source though. I particularly like the touch with the skull in the corner as it accounts for his shadow.

I think a bit of the problem with the stance (aside from weight distribution) is that his right thigh [our left] is a bit too long compared to the other leg, and it might help if they'd been a slight curve of his buttock.

I hope that helps out a bit; it is a cool picture and definitely shows promise.

thank u, i really appreciate the comment and criticism.
that really helps me. I kinda got lazy on the background and should have spent alot more time on it. It might have been easier with a tablet considering i had to draw the whole background with a mouse. But u explained wat i did wrong very well and i will work on that.
